Hood Latch - Removal

REMOVAL






1. Release hood latch and open hood.

2. Support hood on prop rod.

3. Mark outline of hood latch on radiator support crossmember with a grease pencil or other suitable device to aid installation.

4. Remove nuts (1) attaching hood latch to upper radiator support crossmember.

5. Remove hood latch from vehicle.

6. Disengage remote release cable (2) from hood latch. Hood Release Cable - Removal
