Power Steering Pump: Description and Operation

Hydraulic pressure for operation of the power steering gear is provided by an Electro Hydraulic Power Steering (EHPS) pump (3). The EHPS pump is located in front of the right side tire and can be accessed by loosening and positioning aside the front wheelhouse splash shield.
