With the Engine running, system voltage between 10.0-16.0 volts, Engine speed greater than 550 RPM, No CAN BUS or PCM communication failures, the PTO enable request from the Upper Switch Bank was ON at some point during the current trip, and the PCM is commanding either the TCM (automatic transmissions) or directly to the Auxiliary Power Distribution Center (PDC) (manual transmissions) to enable PTO operation.
