When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the engine running.
System voltage is between 10.0 and 16.0 volts.
Engine speed (CAN Message) is greater than 550 RPM.
No CAN bus or PCM communication failure.
The PTO enable request from the ICS was ON at some point during the current trip.
The PCM is commanding the TCM to enable PTO operation.
