Pipe, Exhaust Extension: Removal: 6.7L

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the muffler and tail pipe. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the isolator (1) from exhaust extension pipe.
- Saturate the nut (3) with heat valve lubricant. Allow 5 minutes for penetration.
- Loosen band clamp nut (3) and remove the exhaust extension pipe (2).
