Diagnostic Test

When Monitored:

Ignition ON with no CAN bus performance codes present, battery between 10 and 16 volts with the engine running.

Set Condition:

PCM Odometer message is not received for more than 500 ms.
Odometer message stays unchanged for 10.5 seconds.
Odometer at key-on stays unchanged after the vehicle has been driven over 3 miles.
