Lines And Hoses, Turbocharger, Oil And Coolant: Removal: Removal

  1. Remove the RH engine mount. Refer to INSULATOR, ENGINE MOUNT, FRONT, REMOVAL, 6.7L  and/or INSULATOR, ENGINE MOUNT, REAR, REMOVAL, 6.7L .
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove the bolts (1) and the turbocharger oil drain tube (5) from the turbocharger.
  4. Remove the banjo bolt (4) and the turbocharger coolant tube (3) from the turbocharger.

  5. Cut the cable tie (6) securing the NOx sensor wire to coolant tube (2).
  6. Remove the coolant tube (2) banjo bolt (7) from turbocharger.
  7. Remove the union nut (3) and the coolant tube (2).
  8. Remove the turbocharger oil supply line (5) union nut (4).
  9. Remove the union nut (1) and the oil supply line (5).
