When Monitored

This diagnostic runs one time when the following conditions are met:

Immediately after the TCM is powered on and the following conditions are present:
- No PRNDL DTCS set.
- Transmission is in a forward gear.
- Output speed is above 800 RPM (approximately 32 Km/h (20 mph)).
