Latch, Hood: Removal: Removal

- Remove the grille. Refer to GRILLE, Removal .
- Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the position of the hood latch (1) on the upper radiator crossmember.
- Remove the two bolts (3) that secure the hood latch to the upper radiator crossmember.
- Disconnect the hood latch cable (1) from the hood latch and remove the latch.
