Module, Vehicle System Interface: Removal: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

  2. Remove the kneeblocker to access the Vehicle System Interface Module (VSIM).

  3. Disconnect all wiring harness connectors from the VSIM.
  4. Press the release tab on the VSIM bracket and pull the module out.
