Diagnostic Test

- REFLASH PCM
- Using the scan tool, reflash the module with latest calibration.
Was the flash successful?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- Replace the Powertrain Control Module in accordance with the service information. Refer to MODULE, POWERTRAIN CONTROL, 6.7L DIESEL, REMOVAL .
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST -6.7L. Refer to POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - 6.7L .
- Using the scan tool, reflash the module with latest calibration.
- POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE
- Run the engine for one minute and shut off.
- With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Did P0604 set?
Yes
- Replace the Powertrain Control Module in accordance with the service information. Refer to MODULE, POWERTRAIN CONTROL, 6.7L DIESEL, REMOVAL .
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - 6.7L. Refer to POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - 6.7L .
