Diagnostic Test

  1. DTC IS ACTIVE 
    NOTE:

    If P2633, P2634, or P2636 DTCs are present, perform the Diagnostics for those DTCs before continuing with this one.

    NOTE:

    If P2066, P2067, or P2068 DTCs are present, perform the Diagnostics for those DTCs before continuing with this one.

    1. Ignition on, engine not running.
    2. With the scan tool, clear DTCs in the PCM.
    3. Monitor the scan tool for at least two minutes.
    4. With the scan tool, select View DTCs.

      Is the status Active for this DTC?

      Yes 

      • Go To  2

      No 

  2. CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS 
    1. Turn the ignition off.
    2. Visually inspect the transfer hose between the Auxiliary Fuel Tank and the Main Fuel Tank for leaks

      Were any leaks found?

      Yes 

      No 

      • Go To  3
  3. POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER 
    1. Turn the ignition off.
    2. Replace the Power Distribution Center in accordance with the service information.
    3. Turn the ignition on.
    4. With the scan tool, erase PCM DTCs.
    5. Perform several ignition key cycles leaving the ignition on for at least 10 seconds per cycle.
    6. Start the engine and let it run for two minutes.
    7. With the scan tool, read PCM DTCs.

      Does the scan tool display this DTC?

      Yes 

      No
