When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Minimum engine run time of 20 seconds
- The ECT Sensor temperature at least 60°C (140°F)
- Engine speed between 1000 and 2750 RPM
- MAP Sensor reading is between 21 - 96 kPa (6.2 - 28.3 in Hg)
