When Monitored

All of the following conditions must be present for the monitor to be enabled:

No vehicle speed, TPS, MAP, BARO or 5-volt reference DTCs active
Vehicle speed above 9.0 mph
Engine speed between 1000 - 3000 RPM
APP position above a calibrated minimum threshold
Engine load is above a calibrated minimum threshold
