When Monitored And Set Conditions

When Monitored:
This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- The ignition is on
Set Conditions:
- The turn signal is active
- The amperage on the Right Rear Lighting Fault Sense circuit is greater than 41.3 amps
- 2 retry attempts have failed
Default Actions:
- Turn Lamp does not illuminate
