This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- The ignition is on
Set Conditions:
- The turn signal is active
- The amperage on the Left Rear Lighting Fault Sense circuit is less than 0.1 amps for greater than 5 seconds
Default Actions:
- Turn Lamp is always on
- Turn Lamp does not illuminate
