Pipe, Exhaust Extension: Installation: 6.7L

- Install the exhaust extension pipe (2). Tighten band clamp nut (3) to 65 N.m (48 ft. lbs.).
- Connect the isolator (1) to the exhaust extension pipe.
- Install the muffler and tail pipe. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, INSTALLATION .
- Check the exhaust system for contact with the body panels. A minimum of 25 mm (1.0 in.) is required between the exhaust system components and body/frame parts. Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
- Lower the vehicle.
