(V71) S/C SIGNAL 1 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(V72) S/C SIGNAL 2 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(V71) S/C SIGNAL 1 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(V72) S/C SIGNAL 2 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
