When the VIN received from the CAN C bus does not match the VIN stored in the memory of the Wireless Ignition Node, the WIN will send the command to flash the Security warning lamp and set this DTC as active and the vehicle will immobilize. The DTC will remain active until a VIN matching the one stored in WIN memory is received by the module from the bus.
