Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
STARTER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
STARTER RELAY
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  STANDARD PROCEDURE  .
