Possible Causes

POSSIBLE CAUSES 
RAD FAN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN
RAD FAN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
HIGH RAD FAN RELAY
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  STANDARD PROCEDURE  .
