Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
BLOWER CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
BLOWER CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN
GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
BLOWER MOTOR POWER MODULE
A/C HEATER CONTROL
