Diesel-Right Side

- Install the battery tray assembly (3). Tighten bolts (1, 2) to 32 N.m (24 ft. lbs.).
- Install the two lower battery tray bolts and tighten to 32 N.m (24 ft. lbs.).
- Install the right front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE, INSTALLATION .
- Attach the wire harness retainer (5) to solenoid body.
- Install the two fuel heater relay wires (4).
- Install the air heater jumper wire (1, 3). Tighten nuts (2) to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
- Install the relays and connect the wire harness retainers to the battery tray.
- Install the battery (3). Refer to BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
