6.7L Diesel

1 - O-RING SEAL

3 - WATER PUMP

Install a new O-ring seal (1) in groove (2) on water pump (3).

1 - BOLT

2 - WATER PUMP
Install the water pump (2) with the weep hole facing downward. Tighten mounting bolts (1) to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
Install the generator assembly. Refer to GENERATOR, INSTALLATION .
Install the air cleaner body and the turbocharger inlet tube assembly. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION, 6.7L DIESEL .
Evacuate air and refill cooling system. Refer to PUMP, WATER, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Connect both negative battery cables.
Start and warm the engine. Check for leaks.
