Fig 1: Idler Pulley & Bolt

Install the idler pulley (1). Tighten the bolt (2) to 43 N.m (32 ft. lbs.).

Install the serpentine belt (2). Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .

Install the upper radiator shroud (1).
Connect both negative battery cables.
