Pulley, Idler: Installation: 5.7L

  1. Position the idler pulley (2).
  2. Install the idler pulley (2) bolt. Tighten the bolt to 54 N.m (40 ft. lbs.).
  3. Install the accessory drive belt (4). Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
