Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
FPCM MOTOR FEED CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
FPCM GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  STANDARD PROCEDURE  .
