Diagnostic Test

DTC IS ACTIVE
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, erase DTCs in the BCM.
3. Cycle the ignition on and off several times, leaving the ignition on for at least 20 seconds during each ignition cycle.
4. Turn the ignition on.
5. With the scan tool, view DTCs in the BCM.
  Is the DTC active?
  
  Yes
  - Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure.
  No
  - Perform the INTERMITTENT CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
