Diagnostic Test

- VERIFY DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) IS ACTIVE NOTE:
Make sure the IOD fuse is installed and battery voltage is between 10 and 16 volts before proceeding.
- With the scan tool, read active Cluster DTCs.
Is this DTC active?
Yes
- Refer to U0141-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH IPM (FCM/TIPM) and perform the diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS and perform the diagnostic procedure.
- With the scan tool, read active Cluster DTCs.
