When Monitored

The monitor will run, when the following enable conditions are met; 1. The P0071, P0116 and P1115 DTCs are not active; 2. Engine has cold soaked for at least 8 hours; 3. Engine coolant temperature, ambient air temperature, and intake air temperature are above -64°C (-83.2°F) 4. Vehicle speed above 30 mph.
