Booster, Power Brake: Installation

- Guide the booster (2) studs into the cowl panel holes and seat the booster on the panel.
- Install and tighten the new booster attaching nuts (1) to 28 N.m (250 in. lbs.).
- Install the booster push rod on the brake pedal and install clip.
- Reinstall and adjust the stop lamp switch that was set aside for reuse. Refer to SWITCH, BRAKE FLUID LEVEL, INSTALLATION .
- Install the booster check valve if removed and connect the vacuum hose to the check valve.
- Install the master cylinder. Refer to MASTER CYLINDER, BRAKE, INSTALLATION .
- Fill and bleed the brake system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
