Adapter, Disc Brake Caliper: Installation: Rear

NOTE:

Caliper Adapter Wrench (special tool #10186, Wrench, Caliper Bolt) must be used to torque the upper caliper adapter bolts for the 2500 and 3500 series trucks.

Install caliper adapter mounting bolts (4) and tighten to specifications. Refer to HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL, SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the anti-rattle clips (2).
Install the inboard and outboard pads (1).
Install the caliper mounting bolts and tighten to 30 N.m (22 ft. lbs).
Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to WHEELS, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
