6.7L Diesel Engine

1 - IDLER PULLEY
2 - ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT
3 - P/S PULLEY
4 - RADIATOR FAN PULLEY
5 - CRANKSHAFT PULLEY
6 - ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT TENSIONER
7 - GENERATOR
8 - WATER PUMP
  1. A 1/2 inch square hole is provided in the automatic belt tensioner. Attach a suitable tool into this hole.

    2 - ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT
    3 - P/S PULLEY
    4 - RADIATOR FAN PULLEY
    5 - CRANKSHAFT PULLEY
    6 - A/C COMPRESSOR PULLEY
    7 - ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT TENSIONER
    8 - GENERATOR
    9 - WATER PUMP PULLEY
  2. Rotate tensioner assembly clockwise (as viewed from front) until tension has been relieved from belt.
  3. Remove belt from water pump pulley first.
  4. Remove belt from vehicle.
