Sensor, Exhaust Pressure: Installation

  1. If removed, ensure the exhaust pressure sensor tube (1) is clean and not plugged.
  2. If removed, install the exhaust pressure sensor tube (1).
    • Tighten fitting (3) to 18 N.m (159 in. lbs.).
    • Tighten bolt (2) to 20 N.m (177 in. lbs.).

  3. If necessary, replace the O-ring seal (1).

  4. Install the exhaust pressure sensor (1). Tighten sensor to 32 N.m (24 ft. lbs.).

  5. Connect the exhaust pressure sensor wire harness connector (1).

  6. Install the engine cover (3). Tighten bolts (1) to 10 N.m (89 in. lbs.).
  7. Install the oil dipstick (2).
  8. Connect both negative battery cable.
