Actuator, Fuel Control: Installation

- Lubricate the new Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) O-ring with clean oil.
- Install the FCA into the fuel injection pump. Tighten screws (1) to 7 N.m (62 in. lbs.).
- Install the engine cover (3). Tighten bolts (1) to 10 N.m (89 in. lbs.).
- Install the engine oil dipstick (2).
- Connect both of the negative battery cables.
