Valve, Manual Shut-Off: Installation

- Loosely install the front cylinder tank supply line (4) to the manual shut off valve.
- Loosely install the filler line (3) to the one way check valve.
- Loosely install the filter supply line at the 1/4 turn valve T-fitting (2).
- Position the 1/4 turn valve mounting bracket (2).
- Install the 1/4 turn valve screws (3). Tighten to 5 N.m (44 in. lbs.).
- Install the cage bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to 21 N.m (16 ft. lbs.).
- Using care, tighten the lines to 35 N.m (26 ft. lbs.).
- Refill the CNG system.
- Check the lines for leaks using an air leak detection fluid.
- Install the top cylinder tank cover (2). Tighten the bolts (1) to 12 N.m (9 ft. lbs.).
