Lines, Tubes And Hoses, Turbocharger, Oil And Coolant: Installation

- Install the turbocharger oil supply line (5). Tighten the union nut (1) to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Install the oil supply line (5) union nut (4) to the turbocharger and tighten to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Install the turbocharger coolant tube (2). Tighten the union nut to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Using NEW sealing washers, install the turbocharger coolant tube banjo bolt and tighten to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Install a cable tie (6) to secure the NOx sensor wire to coolant tube (2).
- Clean the turbocharger drain tube (1) mounting surfaces.
- Install NEW O-rings (2) onto the turbocharger drain tube (1). Lubricate with clean engine oil.
- Install the turbocharger drain tube (1) into engine block.
- Using a new gasket, install the turbocharger drain tube (2) mounting bolts (1) to the turbocharger. Tighten the bolts to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Using NEW sealing washers (2), install the turbocharger coolant tube (3) banjo bolt (4). Tighten the banjo bolt to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Install right engine mount. Refer to INSULATOR, ENGINE MOUNT, FRONT, INSTALLATION, 6.7L or INSULATOR, ENGINE MOUNT, REAR, INSTALLATION, 6.7L .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Start engine and check for leaks.
