When Monitored

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2017 RAM 2500 HD. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The PM Sensor is in measurement mode. The PM Sensor will be in measurement mode after a successful regeneration event of the PM Sensor Probe measuring electrodes. A regeneration event will occur when the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1/5 (SCR Catalyst Outlet) reading goes above 200°C (392°F), and there are no other PM Sensor related DTCs. The ambient air temperature must also be above -6.7°C (-20°F). A steady state drive cycle will run this diagnostic.
