- Active DTC
- Turn The Ignition On For One Minute, Engine Not Running.
- With The Scan Tool Check For Active DTCS.
Is The DTC Active?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- Perform The INTERMITTENT CONDITION Diagnostic Procedure. Refer To INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
- Diesel Exhaust Fluid Module
- With The Scan Tool Check To Ensure That The Def Module Has The Latest Flash.
Does The Def Module Have The Latest Flash?
Yes
- Replace The Diesel Exhaust Fluid Module In Accordance With The Latest Service Information.
- Perform The POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer To POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST .
No
- Perform The Latest Def Module Flash.
- Perform The POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer To POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST .
- With The Scan Tool Check To Ensure That The Def Module Has The Latest Flash.
