The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Monitors The Flash Memory And The Read Only Memory (Rom) Functionality. If Errors Are Found In Either Memory Location, This Fault Will Set. The PCM Will Illuminate The Mil Lamp And Flash The Etc Lamp After The Diagnostic Runs And Fails In Two Consecutive Drive Cycles.
