6.7L Diesel

  1. Disconnect both negative battery cables.
  2. Remove the upper radiator shroud (1).

  3. Remove the serpentine belt (2). Refer to TENSIONER, BELT, REMOVAL .

  4. Remove bolt (2), and the idler pulley (1).
