Seat, Rear: Removal

NOTE:

60/40 bench seat shown in the illustration, solid bench seat similar.

  1. If equipped, remove the subwoofer speaker. Refer to SPEAKER, REMOVAL .
  2. If equipped, disconnect the electrical connectors (1).

  3. Remove the bolt (1) attaching the center shoulder belt (2) to the retractor and position the shoulder belt out of the way.

  4. Remove the rear outer bolts (1).
  5. Remove the rear inner bolts (4) and buckles (3) as necessary.

  6. Remove all the front fasteners (1).

  7. Lift the seat assemblies up and separate the seat hooks (3) from the brackets (1 and 2).
  8. Remove the seat assembly from the vehicle.
