Hinge, Door: Removal

NOTE:
It is not necessary to remove the door to replace the hinges if they are replaced one at a time.
NOTE:
A suitable body sealant should be used when removing or moving the hinges.
- Open the front door
- Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the position of the hinge on the door and B-pillar.
- Remove the nuts (3) attaching the hinge to the door (1).

- Remove the bolts (2) attaching the hinge (1) to the B-pillar and remove the hinge.
