Console, Floor: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

  2. Remove the console closeouts (1) from the floor console (2).

  3. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, release the rear retaining tab of the front rubber mat (1) and remove.

  4. Remove the two front screws (2).

  5. Remove the screws (1, 3 and 4).
  6. Disconnect the power outlet wire harness connector, if equipped.
  7. Disconnect the wire harness connectors and remove the console.
