Cooler, Power Steering: Installation: Diesel

- Position the power steering cooler to the lower radiator core support.
- Install the four power steering cooler mounting bracket bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to PUMP, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- One at a time compress each power steering hose clamp (1) and install both hoses.
- Align the A/C condenser (1) to the mounting bolt holes.
- Install the four A/C Condenser Bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to PUMP, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Align the left side air deflector (2) and install the three push-in fasteners (1).
- Align the right air deflector (2) and install the three push-in fasteners (1).
- Install the grille. Refer to GRILLE, INSTALLATION .
- Refill the power steering fluid. Refer to PUMP, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
