Input Speed Sensor

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.

  2. Place a suitable fluid catch pan under the transmission.
  3. Remove the drain plug (1) and drain the transmission fluid from the transmission oil pan.
  4. Remove the valve body. Refer to VALVE BODY, REMOVAL .

  5. Remove the input speed sensor (1) from the transmission case (2).
