Heater, Air Intake: Installation: Installation

- Clean all gasket mating surfaces.
- Using a new gasket (5), install the air intake heater (2). Tighten bolts (4) to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
- Connect the crankcase pressure sensor harness connector (5).
- Connect the crankcase vent line (3) at top of valve cover.
- Connect the fuel injector wire harness connectors (1, 6).
- Install the intake air heater cable onto stud. Tighten nut (2) 10 N.m (89 in. lbs.).
- Install fuel rail. Refer to RAIL, FUEL, INSTALLATION .
- Install intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, INSTALLATION, 6.7L .
- Connect both of the negative battery cables.
