Sensor, Fuel Tank Pressure: Removal: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .

  3. Unlock and disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor wire harness connector (1).

  4. Carefully disengage the lock tab (2), rotate and remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (1) from the fuel tank vapor tube.

  5. The fuel tank pressure sensor seal (1) can be reused if not damaged.
