Tube, Fuel Tank Filler: Installation: Installation

  1. Install the fuel filler hose (2) and securely tighten the clamp (1).

  2. Connect the fuel tank filler tube vapor line (1) to the vapor canister (2).

  3. Install the fuel filler tube ground wire (1) and tighten the nut (2) 15 N.m (11 ft. lbs.).

  4. Connect the vent tube (3) quick-connect fitting.
  5. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

  6. Install the fuel filler tube screws (1) and securely tighten.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
  8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
