Cooler And Hoses, Charge Air: Removal: Hoses

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the left Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose (1).

  3. Remove the nuts (1) securing the CAC resonator (2).

  4. Disconnect the CAC hose (1) from the turbocharger elbow (2) and remove the hose.

  5. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the right CAC hose (1).

  6. Disconnect the CAC hose (1) from the EGR air flow control valve (2) and remove the hose.
